COVID-19 Operations Update

Arbor Artist Business Update: COVID-19, Operations

Arbor Artist would like to take a moment to update our clients, vendors, friends, colleagues and community based on the most recent changes announced by our Governor, Ralph Northam.

First, our thoughts and prayers are with all of the human race as we move through this unprecedented pandemic.

At this time, Executive Order #53, has mandated the closure of all non-essential businesses to aid in the prevention of the continued spread of COVID-19. Upon review of this order, and with consideration for the DHS Guidelines for Tree Care Companies, we will be continuing operations on an “as needed” basis for emergency services, hazard services and other essential tree-service needs. Our office will be operating on a part-time basis, but we will have constant access to voice mail, e-mail and our Emergency Service line is available 24/7. We will work with our individual clients to determine if your tree service needs should be handled expeditiously or postponed until the new restrictions are lifted.

Our first priority is always for the safety of our crew and our clients. With that in mind, we will continue to evaluate as conditions change, with hope for the better.

Thank you for your continued consideration of Arbor Artist for your tree service needs! Stay safe! We look forward to working with you again!

Sincerely – Trenton N. Thomas, Owner, ISA Certified Arborist
